4. Processing and Delivery
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
- Shipments are sent directly from our supplier in China.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Return Policy for all return conditions.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer. Always double-check your delivery address before placing an order.

8. Complaints
