RETURN POLICY
At Nora & Jane New York, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be times when you wish to return an item. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Return Conditions

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs, including international shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Request your return by emailing info@nora-jane.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved at the return address, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
